Domestic Violence Walk-a-thon

KEARNY – Here are a few pictures from the Sunday's Domestic Violence Walk-a-thon put on by the Kearny Police Department and the Domestic Violence Response Team that began at Town Hall and went down to and through West Hudson Park. The parade was hugely successful with much participation from residents.

DV Walk-a-thon in Kearny

KEARNY – Women Rising Inc. and the Kearny Domestic Violence Response Team are sponsoring a walk-a-thon on Sunday, Oct. 5. Registration begins at 9 a.m. at the Kearny Town Hall. Adult registration fee is $5 – no charge for students.
The walk-a-thon starts at 10 a.m. from the Kearny Town Hall through West Hudson Park.
Registration and sponsor forms can be picked up at the Kearny Police Department and Happy Time Day Care, 18 Davis Ave.
