NORTH ARLINGTON – The Borough received a subpoena today from the U.S. Attorney’s office asking for any and all documents and materials relating to contracts for services, resolutions, invoices, payment records and financial disclosure forms from December 1, 2001 to the present pertaining to Governmental Grants Consulting Co., Dennis Oury, Joseph Ferriero, Leonard Kaiser and David Spatz.
Borough Attorney Anthony D’Elia says the borough is working to comply with the subpoena.
“I have asked the Borough Administrator Terrance Wall to begin locating any an all documents related to the subpoena from the U.S. Attorney’s office,” D’Elia said. “It is our desire and intent to fully cooperate with the federal investigation into the individuals named in the subpoena.”
