Breast Health Forum

NORTH ARLINGTON – In observance of October as National Breast Cancer Awareness Month, the North Arlington Health Department, in partnership with the North Arlington Women’s Club and in cooperation with Clara Maass Medical Center, an affiliate of the St. Barnabas Health Care System, will host a Breast Health Forum to be held on Wednesday, October 15 beginning at 6:30 pm at the Senior Center located at the rear of the Health Department, 10 Beaver Avenue, North Arlington.
Present at the program will be health professionals from various fields of practice including oncology, radiation and breast surgery. The discussion will focus on the latest information on prevention and treatment of breast cancer.
Dr. Annette Cozzarelli-Franklin, Director of the Women’s Health Center at Clara Maass, will be the monitor for the event and will field questions from the participating audience.
Those interested in attending must register at the North Arlington Health Department at 201-955-5695. Residents from surrounding communities are welcome to attend. Light refreshments will be provided.
