Statement Regarding the Former EnCap Project

LYNDHURST – New Jersey Meadowlands Commission (NJMC) Executive Director Robert Ceberio issued the following statement today regarding the former EnCap project:
“The NJMC is very pleased that EnCap has pledged to fully cooperate with the Commission as we move forward with this critical cleanup project. This is good news that will help expedite our long-standing goal to remediate the landfills and protect the people and the environment in these communities.”
