LYNDHURST - The Lyndhurst Health Department has announced the continuation of their health workshop series which will resume on October 5th. This is the third session of their Health Revelation Workshops, made possible through their partnerships with the Defining Moment Foundation and the Lyndhurst Municipal Alliance. These five interactive sessions will be held at the Lyndhurst Health Department on Mondays from 10:30 a.m.-1 p.m. Dates of workshops: October 5, October 19, October 26, November 2, and November 16. The workshops are intended to explore current health and wellness themes such as Healthy Aging, Do's and Don'ts of Drug Safety, and Health Mistakes Smart People Make. Led by Sharon Bernstein, PhD and Robert L. Fallon, LCSW, the workshops will include free lunch and gifts. The fifth session will include a trip to a museum.
