Photo by Chris Sadowski CLIFTON – Kearny resident Manny Lima, 22, who was charged with driving under the influence and aggravated assault with a vehicle on May 24 after he was treated for injuries incurred during the crash, was released on $50,000 bail last week, Clifton Police Lt. John Link said today.
Kearny resident Marlon Romero, also 22, the passenger in the crash, was ejected upon impact of the guardrail under the Garden State Parkway on Route 3 West and is in stable condition with head trauma at St. Joseph’s Hospital Medical Center in Paterson.
