NJ TRANSIT INVITES RAIL CUSTOMERS TO PARTICIPATE IN LIVE WEBCHAT
Vice President of Rail Operations to answer questions
NEWARK — NJ TRANSIT today invited rail customers to participate in a lunchtime web chat hosted by William B. Duggan, the Corporation’s vice president and general manager of rail operations. The event will take place Wednesday, April 15, from noon until 1 p.m.
“Following the success of our first online event last year, we are once again giving customers an opportunity to interact with our senior management team,” said NJ TRANSIT Executive Director Richard Sarles. “Bill Duggan will be ready to respond to customer comments during the webchat, which was scheduled during lunchtime to maximize participation.”
To join the web chat, customers should logon to njtransit.com shortly before noon on April 15 and click on the web chat icon on the homepage. Customers can also submit questions in advance by visiting the website.
The first NJ TRANSIT live web chat took place on May 7, 2008.
